Settle in, soften, and allow the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to gently wash over and through you. The sound waves help clear your energy field, calm the nervous system, and nurture harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolster, pillow, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable while lying on the floor. Spirituality GroupThis heart-centered group meets on the second Saturday of each month to explore meaningful
spiritual topics in a safe, supportive, and uplifting space. Each month’s theme is intuitively chosen and guided by Spirit, ensuring every gathering offers exactly what the group needs at that moment. During each session, I share teaching, insight, and guidance on the selected topic. We open the space for thoughtful group conversation, personal reflection, and connection. Most gatherings also include a guided meditation, energetic experience, or experiential activity designed to deepen your awareness, healing, intuition, or spiritual growth. This group is perfect for anyone who: • is curious about spirituality or expanding consciousness • enjoys connecting with like-minded souls • desires emotional healing, clarity, grounding, or inspiration • loves learning, discussing, and awakening new perspectives • wants to feel supported on their personal or spiritual journey You are welcome exactly as you are—whether you’re just beginning your spiritual exploration or you’ve been on this path for years.
