I've Always Been Curious About What Makes Us Who We Are

For more than two decades, my work has centered around one question: what helps people understand themselves, move beyond what holds them back, and create meaningful change?

My Journey

One Path Kept Leading to Another

My work didn't begin with one modality or one grand plan. It evolved over more than two decades of working closely with people and becoming increasingly curious about why we think, feel, respond and change the way we do.

My years in massage therapy and bodywork taught me to listen to what the body communicates. Hypnotherapy opened an entirely different doorway into beliefs, patterns and the subconscious. Coaching, teaching and intuitive work added new layers of understanding the person in front of me.

Then I discovered Human Design—and found a framework that brought many of those observations together in an entirely new way. Today, I don't believe one tool has all the answers. I draw from decades of experience and use the approach that best supports the person I'm working with.

My Core Belief

Nothing Is Wrong With You

Real change doesn't begin by treating you as something that needs to be fixed.

It begins with understanding who you are, recognizing what's been shaping your experience, and discovering what becomes possible when you work with yourself instead of against yourself.

How I Work

There Isn't One Right Tool for Every Person

I don't believe every person needs the same process. Sometimes the most useful doorway is understanding your Human Design. Sometimes it's working directly with a subconscious belief or pattern. Sometimes it's coaching, intuitive insight, spiritual exploration—or a combination that unfolds naturally.

My role isn't to fit you into my method. It's to listen closely, bring the tools and experience I have, and help you discover what supports your next step.
