These Terms & Conditions apply to services, classes, programs, events, resources, and other offerings provided by Melissa Paluzzi, LLC through melissapaluzzi.com and associated registration or community platforms. By purchasing, registering for, or participating in an offering, you agree to the applicable terms below.

Services & Scope of Practice

Services offered by Melissa Paluzzi, LLC may include hypnotherapy and hypnotic coaching, transformational coaching, Human Design education and readings, intuitive and spiritual services, classes, workshops, programs, and related educational experiences.

These services are intended to support personal growth, self-understanding, education, and exploration. They are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or other services that require a licensed professional.

No particular result or outcome can be guaranteed.

Hypnotherapy & Coaching

Hypnotherapy and coaching services are individualized according to the goals and needs of the client.

Work involving a diagnosed medical or mental health condition may require a referral from an appropriate licensed healthcare provider before services can be provided.

Hypnosis is a collaborative process. Individual experiences and results vary, and participation does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Human Design

Human Design readings, classes, resources, and coaching are provided for education, personal exploration, and self-understanding.

Human Design is not a medical, psychological, financial, or diagnostic system and should not be used as a substitute for qualified professional advice or treatment.

You remain responsible for your own choices and decisions.

Intuitive & Spiritual Services

Intuitive readings, card readings, mediumship, spiritual coaching, and related services are offered for personal insight, reflection, and spiritual exploration.

Information received through these services should not be considered medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for determining how, or whether, you choose to use information received during a session.

No particular prediction, outcome, or result is guaranteed.

Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or repeated rescheduling may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment, depending upon the service and circumstances.

Any cancellation or rescheduling terms communicated at the time of booking or registration will apply to that offering.

Classes, Workshops & Events

Registration may be required in advance for classes, workshops, groups, programs, and special events.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular offering, registrations are intended for the person who registered and availability may be limited.

If Melissa Paluzzi, LLC must cancel an event or offering, participants will be offered an appropriate refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling option depending upon the circumstances.

Participant cancellations and refund eligibility may vary by offering. Any specific cancellation or refund terms provided at registration will take precedence.

Digital Content, Programs & Communities

Some offerings may include access to online communities, recorded materials, digital resources, classes, handouts, or other educational content.

Access is intended for the registered participant unless otherwise stated. Login information, paid materials, recordings, downloads, and program content may not be shared, copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without permission.

Access periods and community availability may vary by program and will be communicated when applicable.

Payments & Refunds

Prices, payment arrangements, and refund terms may vary depending upon the service, program, class, or event.

Payment indicates your intention to participate in the offering purchased. Any specific payment plan, cancellation, or refund conditions presented at the time of purchase become part of the terms for that offering.

Refunds are not guaranteed after a service has been provided, an event has occurred, or substantial digital/program content has been accessed.

Website & Educational Content

Unless otherwise indicated, original written content, videos, course materials, handouts, graphics, educational resources, and other materials created by Melissa Paluzzi, LLC are protected intellectual property.

They may be used for your own personal purposes but may not be copied, republished, taught, distributed, sold, or reproduced without prior permission.

Links to third-party websites and resources are provided for convenience or education. Melissa Paluzzi, LLC is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

Personal Responsibility

Participation in any service, reading, class, program, or resource is voluntary.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and for seeking appropriate licensed or professional assistance when needed.

If something discussed or experienced through an offering raises a medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other concern requiring specialized professional care, you should consult an appropriately qualified provider.
